Most of the steps are pretty self explanatory. I've only included the steps that are not obvious. So there are more steps than shown below. Many are prompts for you to enter your name and email address.

Click on Tools -> Accounts

Click on the Mail tab -> Click on Add -> Click on Mail

Your Account name is your full email address. Your Password is up to you.

The POP3 server is mail.hammock-hosting.com. You will need to ask your ISP for the SMTP server info. This is for your outbound email, and this doesn't pass through our servers.
